Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your NUE order. As our products are consumable, we handle returns slightly differently from typical retail goods — please read below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thenueyou.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused jars in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. Opened jars cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons, unless defective.

Refund Timelines

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or store credit within 7 business days
